Before joining the Intrinsic in the Ford District as Maintenance Manager in April 2017, Brad Brockhoff has spent his entire life working in the construction industry; beginning in customer service, moving into sales, then to installation and management. Brad's attention to detail and "can-do" attitude has brightened the landscape and keeps Intrinsic's buildings in great shape!

The Ford Building provides tenant parking in lots #368 and #370 and a two-hour visitor parking lot, #369 shown to the right. The lots are managed by City Center Parking and you can request a monthly permit through their website using the 3 digit parking lot code shown on the map. Parking rates are subject to change but are currently set at
